My 10-year old son was treated here for a root canal after falling and cracking his front tooth a few years ago and nerve damage occurring after his dentist bonded it. We were recommended here by my son’s dentist and I’m so glad he referred us here. They were GREAT!! During the evaluation, Dr. Varella was very friendly and thoroughly explained everything to my son and I that he would need to do. His staff is very pleasant and makes you feel at home. Amber was AMAZING with getting us scheduled and seen for treatment ASAP after I called the office one day due to my son experiencing sensitivity from the nerve damage. We were seen the very next day to get the root canal done. My son was very nervous and anxious as this was his first root canal but Dr. Varella and his staff went above and beyond from beginning to end to help both my son and I feel confident and comfortable with the procedure. He did great work and was very helpful by explaining everything before, during, and after the procedure. He even stopped to check on my son’s well-being throughout the procedure since he was on nitrous oxide. My son did not experience any pain during the procedure and none afterwards either. Amber even called the next day to follow up and check on him to make sure he was doing fine. I highly recommend Varella Endodontics for any endodontics needs, especially for children! The best dental experience I ever had. I was nervous about getting a root canal. Dr Varello calmed my nerves made sure I was in No pain. His assist was amazing she checked on me making sure I was ok the whole time. Dr. Varello took his time and I am very pleased with the outcome. Amazing staff. This is arguably one of the best endontic offices ever. When you call to make an appointment or if you have a referral your going to talk to Amber who is just awesome and will take care of everything over the phone. Then you go to the office and meet the ladies at the front desk and the ladies in the back and they are so friendly and welcoming that you think your at a friend's house. It's not until you sit in the dental chair that you remember your at an endodontics offic. Then after all these things you get to meet Dr. Varella who I can't stop raving about he's just an incredibly nice and kind man. He's thourgh and goes into great detail about what is ailing you. If you need an endontist look no further than Dr. Varella.

Unfortunately, I have had a few root canals in my lifetime and always dreaded the visit/procedure. However, after my experience with Dr Varella and his staff I can honestly say they removed any anxiety I had regarding endodontic procedures. Dr. Varella took the time to explain the treatment plan with me and his ability to ease any anxiety is the best of any dentist/physician who has treated me. When you see all of the 5 star ratings they are for real and are not a manufactured rating. Amber was also fantastic! When my insurance initially only paid a small portion of my treatments, Amber went above and beyond and wrote to my insurance company on two different occasions explaining the need for the treatment and justification for payment. She is definitely an advocate for her patients. I can't say enough positive comments about Dr. Varella and his staff and I can assure you if I ever need ANY endodontic treatment this is the ONLY place I will go.
