The procedure was very comfortable, with no pain or discomfort, and Dr. Varella and his staff were professional and pleasant throughout the entire process. I also really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this office. There was some initial miscommunication while verifying my insurance benefits, so I paid the full cost of the root canal upfront. I own Savino Insurance Group, so naturally I pay close attention to my insurance and EOBs. When I received my EOB, I noticed that my insurance had actually covered nearly 90% of the bill. I called Dr. Varella's office, and before I even had to ask for anything, they told me they had already processed a refund check and it was on its way to me. That really impressed me. When you have a great dentist/endodontist, an honest office, and a great insurance agent making sure you have the right coverage, that's about as close to a perfect world as you can get!
