I needed root canal therapy for a tooth supporting a bridge--not your standard root canal--and the reason my dentist referred me to Dr. Varella. Having moved here recently, I found a higher level of care than I had been getting in Chicago's north suburbs. Dr. Varella performed the procedure with aplomb, and 99 percent pain free. Dr. Varella's staff was attentive to both the needs of the doctor and the patient (me) at the same time. Due to my thin root structure, extra care and time was needed, but Dr. Varella did not hurry, nor did his staff.

My experience with Varella Endodontics for a root canal retreat was exceptional from start to finish. From scheduling the appointment to navigating the necessary approval process (especially given my pregnancy) and ultimately undergoing the procedure, their professionalism and transparency were outstanding. The facility was impeccably clean, billing was clear and upfront, and the front desk staff, Amber and Johnna, were not only kind but also incredibly helpful. My dental assistant, Divina, was a delight to work with - her friendly and relatable demeanor made the experience even better. Dr. Varella himself deserves special mention for taking the time to thoroughly explain my options during the evaluation, ensuring I comprehended everything before swiftly and painlessly completing the retreat in under an hour. I am thoroughly impressed by the facility, the treatment I received, the staff, and the overall process.

I was overall beyond satisfied, one of the BEST dental experiences I have EVER had! I recommend everyone to come see him. I didn't have much pain after at all. Dr. varella Made me feel safe and at ease, also I must not forget about his dental Assistant she was AWSOME! she was comforting me to make sure I was okay. when Dr. Varella gave me my Numbing Shots I didn't feel anything at all! the over experience was something like never before . I have to come back for one more procedure and I'm actually excited to get it over with. the office and staff made my experience worth it! 100 stars!
