Five Star Service all the way! I presented myself as an extremely anxious patient who is very hard of hearing (I took out my hearing aides so I wouldn’t hear the noise of the drill…it freaks me out!) So, being that Dr. Varella and his assistant, Heather, are both soft spoken, they reassured me that they would speak louder..no problem. My anxiety regarding the procedure was lowered when Dr. Varella offered me nitrous to keep me calm. That, in addition to his continual caring approach made for a great “root canal experience”! My thanks to Dr. Varella and his staff for addressing my concerns and for providing professional, friendly, compassionate dental care with a great sense of humor!
